  • 12+ Year Olds

    Whether you're trying tumbling for the first time or looking to level up for cheer, martial arts, or dance, this class offers strength-based training, flexibility work, and skill progressions tailored to teens. Beginners are welcome, but the format also supports athletes looking for focused practice and performance-based improvement.

Ed Burch is a lifelong dancer, gymnast, and performer with a career spanning nearly three decades. Since 1995, he has taught all styles of dance and gymnastics to students of all ages and ability levels. As the founder of Ed Burch Dance, he built a vibrant dance community through his long-running Saturday Night Dancing for Fun classes, which ran for 24 years and now continue as Friday Night Couples Dance. Ed has performed and competed nationwide, served as an adjudicator for regional dance competitions, and is known for his welcoming, high-energy teaching style. His mission is simple: to make movement accessible, fun, and empowering for everyone who walks through the door.
